Hi Pushkar, the high part of the wings are a bit blurred but isn't easy to make better with this position. And the species is a great spectacle,a magniificent one with a lovely design,i hope to see other butterflies from your country. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hello Pushkar,
Fantastic image of this beautiful Blue Mormon. Tac sharp focus displaying excellent detail. I am guessing the reason the top wings are a bit soft is that they were fluttering as the butterfly was trying to get nectar. Some large butterflies are noted for this behavior. It therefore isn't easy to get totally sharp top wings unless you use a very fast shutter. Colors are bright and the exposure is perfect. Great shot. I love it!!

Shalom Pushkar,

Very lovely specimen, very well captured. I took the liberty of doing some image processing on it, mostly cropping, adjusting Shadows/Highlights and "Smart Sharpening" in Photoshop. Hope you like teh result in your Workshop.

All the best,
