Hi Biswarup,
That's nice. The stonechat, although could be a little sharper (probably you didn't re-sharpen the pic after re-sizing), is composed perfectly into the frame and the exposure's fine. Bright background colors also with nice lights. Great image (just please re-sharpen your pics selectively after the re-sizing procedure is done).

Almost looks like African Stonechat, Biswarup. Well captured. Nice background and composition.
