Very interesting, I have no idea what this is, but maybe Rob will know. The fogus is a bit soft, but I think it can be contributed to the 1/30s shutter speed. 1/30 falls in tripod territory.

Look carefully at the blue patch, it looks like that mad parrot in Alladin from Disney Studios, beak and mad eye well caught. I would consider croppin more to a horizontal format here, with the bule in the lower, left corner.
