More details in your note on date and location the picture was taken may be useful.
I would have thought it is Iphiclides podalirius of the paler second generation, which can also be seen in central and eastern Europe. Who can tell me the difference in appearance between I. podalirius and I. feisthamelii?

This is a very nicely composed picture, with excellent depth of field. However, I think it's a little overexposed/too bright, so the highlights are a bit "burned." I've done a quick WS on it to enhance the highlight details - I hope you like it..
