Amazing that something this big can survive on twigs and grass, LOL! Good capture, I just wish the face was a touch more sharp.

Hi Evelynn. I was really surprised to see how narrow his (her) face was. A great POV. You seem to have focused on the spot right by the horns instead of on the face, hence the focus seems a tad soft in the front. Beautiful creature though. Nice shot and TFS. : )

great portrait Evelynn. Even if is not pinpoint focused, is not bad at all. I only feel that the frame is a bit to wide, distracting som of the attention.

An excellent portrait of the American Bison. I really like the composition and framing of this shot. I am a big fan of tight cropping and frame filling detail. The exposure looks to be spot on here with great colors in this light.

This is an excellent shot of the bison, showing its characteristics. So different for his cousin the buffalo in Africa. Well exposed and good colour tone. Cropping was done well too.

Evelynn, as the guys above have already mentioned, sharpness/focus could be better.
Anyway, a nice shot.
I've never seen one of these.
Great composition and pov.

Strong, beautiful image. Too much frame.
I loved this photo of what looks like a bison. Am I correct in my identification. He almost seems to be saying, "what are you doing here"? Exposure is perfect with lots of detail in both the shadow and highlight areas. What time of the year was this taken? I am looking forward to seeing more of your photographs.
Wow Evelynn....I hope you were sitting in your car when you took this shot.
Those Bison can be really mean. Nicely framed and composition.
Evelynn, happy New Year from the Great White North...
This Bison looks rather bovive! Would not be a beefallo would it? Where did you shoot your "prey"?
In any case a very nice toe to toe portrait! ;)
