[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It was a gray and snowing day, so I decided to bring some food to these wild ducks stationed on the shores of the St-Lawrence in ville LaSalle. Took this with my compact Olympus C750 but I found their position interesting enough to show it here, done only a crop.

You captured a great pose Rosana! In-flights are not easy exactly, and focusing correctly when they are coming right at you is almost impossible to achieve.
Well done!

Nice capture Rosana! I just wish it was a touch sharper but I feel that way about most of my pics too!

Have a good week,

Very nice shot. A rare chance to get a shot like this. Well captured and thanks for sharing.

Good for you. I have the same camera as you. I have had very good luck with it, but the shutter lag makes a shot like this practically impossible. Did you pan or use burst or were you just incredibly lucky?

Hi Rosana, it's a nice in-flight you have here.
It's not easy to get especially with a Digital Compact camera,
only that is worth 2 green ones. I like the symmetry of these two.
Well composed and good POV.

Ros, what a nice couple.

Excellent composition and pov. I like colors.

Great feeling of movement and action.

Well done.

I consider it to be a great catch, Ros! I like how the colors of the birds are seen well on the steel-grey water's background.

Hi Rosana,
This is an excellent capture. The light was not in your favor here, but you really did a great job with it. Superb timing to get this pair in the same pose with such detail. A nice blur in the wings gives that implied feeling of great motion.

Ros, it is so hard to get one duck in flight, and here you are with 2 landing!! Bravo!
They look like a dear old couple doing things together too. Very well captured...

C'est un très beau moment que vous avez capturé, Ros.
Un instantané bien réussi. C'est tellement pas facile des oiseaux en plein vol.
Et de plus, vous avez eu le couple. Bravo.
Merci por votre visite.

Hi Ros,

You have captured well the ducks in flight. The point of view is showing the details of the Mallard ducks. The light is giving nice tints to the colours. Have a nice day.
