Hi Tim!

Nice picture, well exposed and tack sharp. Excellent POV and beautifull DOF. My only critic would be that the bird is too close of the left edge. It seems to be looking out of the frame. More room left in front of its eyes would have been better even if the bird is more centered. Have a look to my WorkShop, you may like it or not, your taste may differ from mine.
Still a splendid image and TFS.

I agree with you that flashlight makes a difference. The colors of this specie are incredible.

Beautifully clear classical bird portrait. Very well set off from a background that creates a well balanced counterpart of earthy colours against the brilliantly gay colours of the bird. The perfect pose, the colours and the fine details make me feel looking at a painting. Great. Best regards,
