[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Tiger Beetle are notorious for their swift movement. Very alert and very fast, in fact, they are the fastest land insects in the world. It took me for more than 4 hours of observation and exhausting chase to get this image.

Hi Leo,
Excellent macro shot!
Great sharpness and detail, very nice colour and POV.
Thanks for sharing!

Hello Leo
Your perseverance really paid off. Outstanding capture of an unusual insect. Tack sharp with interesting coloration.

Hi Leo,
Indead a very nice picture. Beautiful colors!!
But I would suggest little more depth at f11 or f13 would have given much more sharpness at the back side legs of the insect.
Also a shot from top of the insect would have captured the entire insect with complete color details of it.
All the best!! Happy clicking!!

Excellent portrait of this cicindellid beetle. You are right, they seem indeed the most difficult to capture and most speedy little runners. Great sharpness, beautiful background, excellent lighting showing his hairy feed nicely. Thanks for showing, Patrick
