Why to post an image like this on a place like TrekNature? Well, this is where it all begins...

Being my 1st post here i was excited searching in my files images from insects, plants, mammals, anfibians, reptiles,...i was looking for some to be elected as the 1st post for TN but then a sort of inspiration come blowed by the North Winds:
I decided to start my history here from Nature from the point where all Nature histories should begin: with the One that makes this history possible, the Sun :)

The Sun is the converging point from where all our Nature images get their strenght, their power, their colors, their energy, their beauty, their majesty, their wildness, their...their Life!

So, this one could be called a tribute to the Sun..cause in the Sun it all begins: he send his full of Life light rays and after that...well, after that begin all the physical, chemical, biological, romancistic,..reactions that turn all this possible.

Nice to see you here on TN, Marco, this should be a place for you to enjoy. Great choice for the first posting, a beautiful color setting and a simple but very pretty effect of the backlight against the plants in the foreground. As so often, your vividly written note makes the posting even more enjoyable.

It's a beauty Marco,
Very good composition, great colour, very good job, welcome to TN, glad to see you here. Good job

Simplicity at its best. Lovely colors. Your photo is truly an ode to the sun.

Nice 1st post. Nice theme and note for 1st post. Initiative, can not be bought.

Thanx for reminding me that a common thing such as the sun gives life to all the interesting creatures and plants.

It is beautifull Marco. Very romantic, he he, i'm a girl what can i say. I find sunsets romatic, and this one is just so lovely. Love it :). Colours are wonderfull, so warm. And the grass in the foregrund frames it really well. I'm glad you got inspired. :)

Welcome Marco to TN very nice warm image note fits too, I would of posted it as a Landscape ,I am sure we now have one.

Well I like it alot. Warm tones and good composition.

Welcome on TN Marco. Very nice sunset/rise. Beautifull warm colours and very nice composition. I really like the out of focus branches they contribute to the picture in a perfect way. Very nice note too - well done.

I like this Marco. i think the relevance is quite appropriate to this site. Naturally the colours are spectacular and the shot is well composed. It could have been the fault of the north wind, but i would have liked it better if the grass silhouetee in the foreground was sharper. Otherwise good work

Breathtaking shot and a wonderflly inspiring note. Great job Marco!

I hadn't even noticed that you are also here, Marco. But of coures, you are the biology teacher, aren't you? Well, teach me something. All I see here is a warm photo of a warm sun from a warm person. But I guess that's a pretty good start.
