I don't know the name of this red flower but I find it so attractive.
Shot taken in a small greenhouse in one of our parks.
---
Thanks to Carmem Busko who told me that the name of this flower is Calliandra - or Red Powderpuff.. Originating from Bolivia and Brazil. So now that I have read the specific TOS of TRekNature I presume I shouldn't have posted this photo since it's was shot in a greenhouse and not in it's natural environment.

Bienvenue Nina sur TN.
C'est une très belle fleur très originale qui mérite bien d'être publiée ici.
Jolies couleurs sur fond vert.
Welcome on TN Nina.Very nice first post. The complementary colours in the flower and the background really works well here and the composition is spot on. I have never seen a flower like this before but is is very nice and interesting. Wonder what the black dots are.

welcome on TN Nina,
Thiis first one is a vey good shot, very nice colours, I like that soft red, good dof too, very good first photo, well done
I've seen this flower, or a very similar one, here in Lima and in Brazil, so it should be more common than you or I think, and I mean not in a greenhouse but in the city, as any other tree may be. I'm also trying to find its name.
Very good capture with fine details and good DOF.
The name is calliandra ... I wrote some information about it here..:

Nice work.
