[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The siskins in my garden returned to the northern countries ( Scandinavië) but the greenfinches stay in Holland all year round. This bird is much bigger than a siskin but also very shy. Unfortunately I don't have a hide in my garden. Sitting in chair I waited for more than an hour on this greenfinch. These birds don't like moving limbs so you have to sit like a statue. Only than you have a chance to shoot this bird. When the occasion is there you have to be fast on the trigger. This bird had eyecontact with me for only a couple of seconds....

Ook deze het je er weer erg mooi opgekregen. Mooi scherp met een mooi lichtpuntje in het oog. Moet wel bijzonder zijn dat oogcontact en dan de gelegenheid krijgen om zo'n foto te maken. Nisschien een beetje jammer van de schaduw van ee takje op de nek maar verder heel mooi.
