Another moth, the Buff Ermine, Spilosoma luteum. It belongs to the family arctiidae, with the Tiger moths, the Muslin etc....
Wingspan approx 40 mm. The caterpillar feeds on a variety of garden plants and shrubs. The females are lighter colored than the males and the extent of the black markings is very variable.

Exellent photo of this moth Philipe!
Excellent on colours and POV!
Excellent DOF an details!
5* and TFS!

What an amazingly sharp image! The hair around the moth's neck and the spikes on its antennae can literally be counted!
Great POV, DOF and colours.
Thanks for sharing it, Philippe.

Hallo Philippe, obviously a fresh specimen with dense 'hair' and no bald patch inviting you to catch all the details. This you have done perfectly.

Hi Philippe,
Very late one for me.
Quick visit. Well worth a big smiley.
Thanks for posting, have a great weekend.
