Summertime flowers

[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I looked in the files and found these summertime flowers.
My expert friend Robert checked and found the following info:
1 )the white flower is Wild Radish also known as White Charlock (Raphanus raphanistrum)
2) its that field poppy again (Papaver rhoeas)
3) just to the right of centre is a couple of flower heads just going to seed, it is closed to a point with a few petals still attached, this is a Smooth Sow Thistle (Sonchus cleraceus)
4) is the grass with purple flower/seed heads now this is one not to quote me on as grasses are not really my thing. but fairly sure its a Bent (Agrostis) of some sort, favourite is Vevet bent (A. cannina)
They grow near the road.
Thanks Robert. |

Nice colors on this shot Hendrik, but focus a bit soft.
TFS.
Right hendrick I have a few names for you to work with, difficult because they image is soft of focus. I think there is a picture to be had by applying more blurr so the colours almost bleed together so it looks more like the BG to the right of the picture.

The colors in this composition is just great. I like the setting and it has a sprig feel about it.
Very well done and thanks for posting

Nou hendrik,
Jaap
