[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
There aren't too many posting of woodlice on here, possibly because it has to be one of the ugliest creatures around. This was taken with the addition of a 2x teleconverter.

It looks like an alien - it is interesting to see it so close up. Nice composition and POV

Superb macroshot of this "lovely" creature, which is not ugly at all, and has a very interesting face. It is like the fine art of portrait photography to enhance and show the beautiful side of each being, so that other will come to like them. I ll thank you on their behalf :) Sharpness and DOF are excellent. Patrick

Hi,like you woodlice picture.
Did 2 that are similar to yours have a look and see what you think.
Shame not to many people give these shots points, think it is becouse they are not cute. But they should give points for technique not how cute the shot is.

Hi Andrew
Very nice photo of this creature.
How did you make such a low view of this small insect?
Very well done!
greetings Jan-arie

And hello once more time! :)
Another interesting presentation. And moreover, non-commercial species of Isopoda! :) Really great.
I like this portrait a lot. Good DOF, well seen details (especially on the head) and nice colours.
I am waiting for you next pctures! :)
Best greetings,
Radomir
