[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This one i made on the bird sanctuary Runde. Runde is Norway's most southern bird island, thousands of birds come here to breed. Around 200 bird species visit the island.

There were alot of other birds..but i just love the puffin. The way it flies is so silly, it looks like a flying penguin. And they are so quite :)

Me and my girlfriend were sitting on the high rock shoreline. We were told that around 9 pm they would gather at the rocks after a day of fishing.

In a few hours hundreds of them were gathering on the rocks..and some a few meters next to you. And i got some nice shots.

Yes, those guys are really adorable, Robert. Nice diagonal compo with the birds posing on the rock, and the evening light really creates a warm atmosphere and accentuates the colors of the birds well. Very nice.

I always love to see these "papegaaiduikers" and this is such a sharp and clear image, a composition very stron, "full of freedom with the blue sky behind, excelent shor, Robert ! !

Hi, Robert!
I too like those "flying penguins" alot! You have captured them in a lovely light, and the compsition and perspective is great! There is one disturbing thing in this pic though, and that is the back of the birds head that appears in the middle there. I took the liberty of removing it just for the fun of it and posted it as a workshop.
