[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This an earlier Photo of the baby Buff tipp Moth caterpillars I posted the other day It's Getting a Bit Crowded Here, I thought you might like to see them when they could all fit on one side of a Salix cinerea leaf.
Today when i looked at them they have doubled in size from the previous image and have more than doubled their appetite so though they still have a way to go before they reach the 75mm+ of full growth before going walkabout to find a snug place in the leaf litter to pupate, they seem to be well on the way.
hope you like them

Hi Robert,
it's a very good close-up wiht good POV and compostion.
Iäm not sure about F32, ok you got a very good DOF but on the other hand you lose a lot of sharpness, the best aperture is normally F4.0 to F11, above that you will lose sharpness espicially on a Digtal Camera.
Well done.

Hi Robert,
This congregation of caterpillars are quite disciplined eating the leaft! They fit on one side but the need another leaf soon.
Very good close-up where colors, sharpness and composition are very good.

Hallo Robert,
a pure TrekNature picture, I think. A nice view of insect life, not often presented but typical for bucephala caterpillars. Well recognized and presented.
Peter

A great shot, I love the composition. Nice vibrant colours against the muted bg. I also get a great sense of movement.
Thanks for posting.

Imagen con mejor composición que la anterior, por la diagonal de la hoja y la claridad del fondo, aunque la mayor distancia brinda menos detalles de las orugas.
Saludos... Ricardo

Image with better composition that the previous one, for the diagonal of the leaf and the clarity of the bottom, although the biggest distance it offers less details of the caterpillars.
Greetings... Ricardo
