This is excellent. Is it me or is the horizon curved? It looks amazing anyway. Beautifully clear, excellent detail from the rocks in front of the lens to the furthest piece of shoreline. I've heard about these cliffs but never seen them, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow's post!

Hi Stephen,
I can see the cliffs in the far distance. That is really a interesting lake. The water level of it looks really high, and I wouldn't be surprised if it would overflow after a week of Irish weather. I love the composition with the rocks in the FG as great leadlines. The colors look spot on and I like the hazy look of the BG.

Great Irish landscape Stephen.
This shot reminds me of a small lagon on the coast here called Killalea, which I think comes from an Irish family that farmed the area in the 1800s. I have an OK shot which I'll post soon, its quite similar (in a landscape sort of way).

Another singal-womb classic here. Good work shooting into the light, and I think I can see some additional softness in the colors because of it. Great details thoughout the shot. I especially love the mosses on the rock in the fg. On my small 17 inch monitor the jpg artifacts show up mostly on the front edge of the lake at the bright/dark transition (I noticed the same on one of Emma's shots), though they are probably different on your large monitor, and not an issue on the non-compressed version).
