BIG HORN SHEEP
Hi janice !
Congratulations on your 100th post ! I can still remember your very first post so well ! :-)) Time goes by so fast ! Must be great to see these bighorns in the wild, you're so lucky ! Very beautiful composition and POV, with the animals against the blus sky. Very well done !
Congratulations on number 100! what a nice shot. I really don't see how you were able to sneak up on them. What kind of lens were you using? How close did you get? i can't believe that you got three of them at once!...all perfectly posed. What luck, or skill or both!

Great shot for number 100.A nice capture of this trio in a neat formation...lends to an interesting composition.Good job.TFS
Somebody has a new camera and telephoto lens!
Nice capture.. the morning sun makes for a difficult exposure .. and it's hard the ask a bighorn to move a bit so the light is better.

Congratulations with your 100th post. I am almost there as well. On my vacation I had the luck that I only needed to walk outside my cabin to see the Big Horn Sheep. I made a few photo which I will post later on, but not as beautiful as yours. I like the fact they all lay down and just looked at you.
I had a book as a child called "Buford the Big Hown" and always remember it when I see one of these animals.
This trio look so good against the skyline Janice. I like how they are stariing down at you. Good shot, tfs,
PS I bought a 30D last week (1st Sept)... It's great to use, and I love practicing with it... How are you finding it?
Felicitaciones por las primeras 100 fotos en TN!
Me gusta bastante esta foto, porque son de animales salvajes y no creo que sean de los más fáciles para acercarse; por eso creo que tiene un gran valor, y porque son unos bellos animales.
