Here is a different view of the Istind (Ice Peak). You can see that the snow has melted quite a bit, showing that spring is coming. However, even in springtime these areas are frequently haunted by snow storms. I was fascinated by the dark clouds hovering above the mountains, and the white snow in the background. It made it look almost like a shot of an himalayan mountain!
This shot is actually taken from my living room window, which is a good place to be when the weather is grey like this!

PS: I promise to post a summer picture after this one ;)

Bonjour Torbjorn!

Félicitations pour cette prise unique.

Hi Torbjorn,
A dramatic feeling to your photo. It almost comes off as a black and white image. I like it alot, regards

Complimenti bella e emotiva foto. Ciao gigicacco

Hi Torbjorn,
Wow! I love the mouvement in this picture! This is very impressive! Those mountains and clouds are moving in my screen :-) Great DOF and POV. This is really well done! Thanks,

Hello Torbjorn,
I first have to say that you are a lucky man to have this kind of view from your living room window!
Mysterious mood, with the dark clouds hanging low here..I like the composition & overall effect. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder :)
Well done!

Hello Torbjorn
Such a dramatic eerie sky, it almost looks like a black and white shot. The dark clouds are so ominous. You have a nice view from your living room!

Belle intensité dramatique.
Bonne journée.

Great mountain landscape.Nice B&W composition and amazing frame. Congratulations,

Hi Torbjorn,
If that is the view out of your living room window, I am envious. Dramatic scenery and storm clouds. Appears to look like a B&W. Very nice composition here.

Hei Torbjørn,
Surprising to see all that snow this late in the spring..! But I admit it makes a fine photo opportunity...
Well framed scenery, the dramatic cloud formation provides a most unusual framing!

Hi Torbjorn,
A stunning photo, with very ominous looking sky. You must be living in a rural area to have such a spectacular view. I love the hint of brown color in this photo.

Hello Torbjorn,
I keep enoying your gloomy, stormy photographs.
Very nice composition of the close dark, and distant light plans. You kept both nicely exposed. The clouds are fantastic, they really dominate the shot and give an idea about the strenght of the coming storm.
Best greetings,
