Hi all!
This thundercloud is the sign of a Rain-storm that you can regularly find in the seashores of Viet Nam. This was a rain-storm in Cua Dai Beach.

Location: Cua Dai Beach is located in the area of Cam An Ward, about 4km to the north-east of Hoi An Town, Quang Nam Province.
Characteristics: Cua Dai Beach is over 3km in length and up to 300m in width. The beach boasts fine white sand, clear and blue water, moderate slopes and small waves, which make it ideal for recreational activities like swimming and other sea sports.

After visiting the relics in the old town, visitors can go to Cua Dai Beach to enjoy sea food specialities in an ideal environment of immense sky and sunshine.

In the shady palm-lined road bordering the beach stand some large seaside resorts such as Hoi An Beach Resort or Victoria Resort, where lodgings built in Vietnamese traditional style are available. On summer holidays, the famous beach of Cua Dai cools off those heading to Hoi An.

bonjour Do,
Impressionnant !
excellente photo
merci du partage

Wow! Great storm! That is really impressive - doesn't look real - Makes British storms look quite pathetic :-)

Nice shot - TFS, Doug

Very impressive image, great storm shot.

Well composed and exposed. No need for words, its awesome.

Very Nice.

Preciosa y dramática escena la de este barquillo huyendo para ponerse a salvo de esa masa terrible de agua.
Saludos, JL.

An interseting photograph. If I were to change anything about the photo I would suggest that you removed the marking on the lower left that appear to be red dots. If using the ship in the photo as you did I would have thought it may look better if the ship was not at the edge of the frame.
Other than that you did the best you could with the conditions.

absolutely dramatic and fantastic view...
I love the cloud formation very much...
U did it very well, good angle and composition.....

Now that is a storm cloud that would get my attention. I am glad I am not on that boat. I've never seen anything like it. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Evelynn : )

Totally amazing!I like it!I wonderful shot a really great moment!congratulation!
Regards, Aga

Amazing photo, one that is really crying out for a note, though! We want to know what happened, is this sort of thing usual?

Hi Do tuan,

What a great and impressive picture! Must be tricky to stay there for the picture.

Hi do ,
wonderful image.
very well done.
thanks for sharing.

Belle photo de ces nuages circulaire troué au milieu ou il pleut, ou bien l' eau est aspirée, je ne connais pas bien ces phénomènes météo, bon moment, belle prise .Amitiés Thomas
Je reviens.

Hi do tuan.
Fantastica foto.Que interessante.

A breadthtaking unique shot!! The small boat at the right gives the idea of the scale of the dark heavy clouds! It looks awesome. I would have liked a little more details in the waters below the clouds. Anyways, thanks for sharing.

Hi Do

Impressive capture of thunderstorm.
