I am still in Siem Reap area. This is a wild flower at the edge of 'Tonle Sap', around 14km from Siem Reap town, the largest fresh water lake in south east asia (some figures: the area of around 27,000sqkm.in dry season and 120,000sqkm.in rainy season, water depth varies with seasons 1-2m to 8-10m, around 3 million people or one quarter of Cambodia population live on this lake and its floodplain.) The background is Tonle Sap.

I do not know the ID of this flower. Any helps would be grateful. |

Hello Jitti,
lovely flower that you captured here. Very nice sharpness with great details. The structure of the pedals come through very good and the colors are wonderful. Great POV, DOF and very well set off from the BG.

Hi Jitti,
The low-key exposure works well with uniform color and light in your subject. I've taken some of my best shots with overcast conditions. Well composed, with good detail,
Well done & TFS!
Hello JC,
Beautiful colours of the flower!
I like your low point of view, using sky as backdrop...
Fine details, I appreciate the ant for some sort of scaling!
Greetings,

Hi, Jitti!
It's a lovely low-level pov on this flower. Despite the difficult diffuse cloudy light, the colours appear very genuine. Excellent work!
