My, what a beautiful bird and an equally beautiful capture, Goutham!
The BG this time is exceptionally beautiful and the bird glistens against it like a red jewel.

Excellent POV and sharpness! The textures on his feathers and the details are simply great!

Hello Goutham,
This is a lovely capture of this munia, at aleast as good as the previous. I wanted to reduce the shadow under the bird but this spoilt the richness of the red so I didn't want to take it to the WS. So I would say that this is almost perfect.

Yes i remember, how i could forget that shot! This is another great shot of a red munia and this one is so clooose! Great colours, details, bg, all are wonderful. i love your notes too. Besides that peacock feather is a great bonus! i'm really surprised about the omkar hills have peacocks!!! Are they wild species? i see them only in zoos, really interesting. Hope that in a time i have a chance to join your gang on Omkar hills:-)

btw, i'm starting on a new job, so i'm very busy these days. The company is established in Kuzuluk, Akyazi which is a great place with the environment. Green mountains and great places for nature photography on there! So hope that you keep your words and come to here in next spring or summer!

The picture is almost animated. Even the fibres of the feather are clearly noticeable. The camera has seen the creases and contours of its feet more clearly than do normal eye. Thanks for sharing this!
