[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These flowers Eichhornia crassipes were in a field between the road and a rice paddy. There a three flowers in each clump so that no matter from which direction you look at them, they look the same. I could probably put them into the water Plant category too.... especially now (re-editing) I've found out what are. They're water hyacinths, or hotei aoi in Japanese. I'd never seen them before.

Interesting composition - the flowers seem to go on forever. The colours may be a little bit blown out on the flowers, IMO...or maybe a little bit of sharpening in post-processing would help. (Was it a very bright day when you took the shot?)

Thank you for the note of explanation! I have never seen these flowers before either, so it helps very much!
