[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This photo was taken on a dive somewhere in the North Male Atoll, near Meerufenfushi, while on my holiday there. I don't know the species of the fish. A few years before this photo, most of the hard coral in the maldives was killed off by el nino, which raised the temperature of the water too high for the coral to live. As you can see, some have started to grow back. |

Interesting shot here. Nice composition. However, sharpness is not perfect on the coral but those colors...wonderful!
The flash is a bit harsh and the sharpness is not perfect. I think this is possible to work on in photoshop. I tried a workshop.
Otherwise it is nice. I just came from the red sea and sa lots of corals and reef fishes. IT is really nice.
The fish on this picture is a Coral Grouper.

But as mentioned it looks pale and low constrat(maybe it's my monitor compared to yours). I tried a workshop on it. TFS
Interesting image. I agree with the others about the paleness of the original and the workshops do show how this can be rectified.
