[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Probably the last butterflies posted to me, from this year.
The Clouded Yellow, Colias croceus of the Pieridae family is easy identifiable by the bright yellow colouring. The upperside of male is golden yellow with a broad black margin on all four wings. The underside has a more greenish tint to it and lacks the black borders. In the center of the underside hindwing is an obvious white spot. Females differ in having yellow spots along the black borders on the upperside.

Great shot of this yellow beauty.

I like the low down POV and great sharpness.

Hi PL,
Beautiful shot, with excellent detail and brilliant colours. If I may suggest, I think a tighter crop would have given more inpact to the subject.

Dear PL, Very nice shot and good details of the butrerfly and ver sharp, background noise is a distraction in this picture.
with best regards.vab.
