[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I spotted this snow leopard at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, Washington. This guy looks cute but mean at the same time.

very well come on TN Phil,
You send us a beautiful photo, really nice capture, good photo. I made a little WS and I hope you like it.

Welcome on TN Phil, great shot of the snow leopard, good compositon ,but for the brightnes I would go back on it...made a workshop to compare..

Regards Leon

Hey Phil,

I love this full body shot of the lazy leopard. He doesn't have a care in the world, ha! I know you are relatively new to this photography stuff but you are definitely on the right track. Check out lots of other people's postings and you will get some great ideas on such things as the rule of thirds, post-processing and the like. Above all, be safe in Iraq and know that my prayers are daily for you. A couple good workshops have been done for you by the guys above me so I wont do one this time. Later! pops

Welcome to TN. Phil your photo is nice. The idea works and I think you can learn from the WS provided. I love the pose you captured and the overall composition is fine. A bit more an the animal in your note would be usefull. Thanx for sharing.

Hehe... Looks so cuddly! I love the composition and his "pose". That's not easy to get with animals. I agree with letr, it is a little too light. A little hazy looking or something... Please be careful over there and keep up the good work!

WElcome to TN Phil, nice image , but in desperate need of explanatory notes, which here on TN are as important as the image.

Welcome to TN and you start with an excellent post. The composition is excellen and thDOF good. I would also have liked to see a note supporting this. Hope we see more of your good work.

Phil, Welcome at TN. Nice animal. The image is a bit flat and I think it could be improved with some postprocessing to give it a bit more power. Levels in the histogram is a great and easy way to improve it.
I tried a WS. Let me know what you think of it.
Greetings,Jan

Bella imagen de un especular felino Phil.
Buen encuadre, colores algo suaves al igual que el foco... comparto el criterio del Trabajo de Letr... pero igualmente es una excelente captura.
La incluiré en mi Tema sobre Grandes Felinos.

Beautiful image of a spectacular feline Phil.
Good frame, somewhat smooth colors like the focus... I also share the criterion of the Workshop of Letr... but is an excellent capture.
I will include in my Theme about Great Cats.

I adore this capture! It has so much personality and those eyes! Was this taken behind glass? If so you could use levels in PS or adjust the contrast a bit to take away that clouded look here and there on the image. Strong composition and it is an endearing photo.

Nice picture, it's really peacefull and moody, thanks to the leopard's position.

On dirait qu'il s'est écrasé sur ces rochers pour ne faire qu'un avec la pierre, belle image.
