Bravo querido amigo!.
Mis mejores saludos y Feliz 2007!!!
Ricardo
It seems a professional climber... only lack her the harness and the ropes!!!.
Another excellent capture of a frog, which I imagine will also receive their European passport ;~)
I like the details of their perfectly illuminated skin (perfect combination of Bias -1.3 and the flash -2) and with the exact focus, offering a very razor sharp image, with the ideal framing.
I also like the image of the workshop.
Bravo dear friend!.
My best regards and Happy 2007!!!

Hi Horia.
We are not tired of climbing tree-frogs and even of your climbing-frog pictures .
Excellent done shot with amazing captured moment and beautiful pictured model. Your using the lights is perfect at highest range. Superb reflection of the colours and texture of the frog. The shadow from it is charming too. Amazedly shadowed and illuminated BG supplements the frog image nicely. I also like the cropping and framing of your perfect shot. BRAVO, my dear friend and best wishes in 2007 and EU too.
Alexei.

Hello Horia!
Congratulations, new EU citizen :-)
Your favourite subject, I think. Taken perfectly, in very interesting pose, good colours and light. Slightly camouflaged commando member :-) All the best to you in 2007 my friend!
Hi Horia,
makes you wonder what he thinks to find up there. Maybe he feared large amounts of snow for the winter yet to come ;-)
As in your previous climbing frog post, I think it is an amazing display. These images are rare. The shadow is an extra add to the pic.
I don't know about your mixed feelings about joining the EU, but besides the fact that all european citizens are welcome to benefit from the advantages of being a member, I fear for the countryside nature in eatern europe. In other 'new member' countries you already see a great loss of nature values, due to european subsidies. Agree, farmers should also get a proper income, but there should also be thought about preserving nature. In my country most money of nature conservation goes to getting back what once was there.
Hmm, this is getting a political issue. Let's not bother you about that.
Keep on going making those darn good pictures in 2007!!
Cheers, Jacob

Hi Horia,
I saw immediately it was yours...:-)
Very good compo. The moving one is better like you mentioned.
It is a great animal indeed.
If you ever have to shoot in the rain; selfmade transparent plastics can be very helpful.
Thanks for sharing...looking forward to your next post...

Hello Horia,
very nice and optimistic picture, good to see Hyla arborea on the move! Once living in Europe in abundance, it has become a rare species in many parts of the continent.
I am always looky to meet one of its kind.
Beautiful strong light from the side creates a well modelling shadow. Thank you for this beautiful presentation!
Happy New Year to you, too,
and best regards,
Peter

Hi Horia,
On TN I dicovered that frogs are very photogenic. And I also discovered that sometimes they climb on trees. This one looks as it would climb on a mountain! Again a nice frog-composition from you. And Happy new year, Horia
A not European-Union citizen :-(

Happy New Year to you too. I hope your weather isn't caused by global warming. It seems to be strange world wide this season. Oregon is often wet but this year is ridiculous. We are about to float away. I like your frog shots, Horia. Are the frogs and other amphibians under as much stress as they are here? This is a nice well exposed and composed image.

Hi Horia
Somehow I was sure I have critiqued this climber before, so I was rather surprised today when I saw that it was not the case.
I like the contrast between the dark bark of the tree and the brightly coloured tree frog. You have captured it well with excellent colours and good details. The exposure was also spot-on.
Very well done and TFS.
Regards
Loot
PS. Have you noticed my recently created series of "Themes" on the various reptiles, such as: Anoles, Chameleons, Geckos, Iguanas, Lizards, Monitors, & Skinks, and also the one for Amphibians to collect the Salamanders and Newts? I am not quite finished working through the galleries, but it is coming on well, I would reckon.
