A composition with jumping spiders that live in my garden.
The saltícids (lat. Salticidae) are a family of small spiders hunting that emphasize by their agility in the jump and its vision, on the lookout unusually effective between the spiders. She is one of the families of spiders more nourished in species, with 4000 described. They are small spiders, of few millimeters in general, compact construction. They move to great speed and they are able of long and accurate jumps. The body seems place setting of hairs that to time are escamosos, sometimes iridiscentes. The palpos of the males, but not those of the females, are often great and showy, employees during the courtship. You divide them previous they are something greater and they hold to the prey when they fall on her. Four of their eight eyes are oriented frontally, with central both specially great. They are able to jump accurately in any direction, also of side or backwards. When the time is unfavorable or the night approaches, they tile a small cocoon that serves to them as refuge.

Una interesante e instructiva compaginación de imágenes de estas pequeñas arañas Hernan, con buenos detalles y distintos puntos de vista muy adecuados.
Es apasionante el sólo pensar que tanta variedad de especies habitan en un sólo jardín con variedad de colores, aunque muy similares en su conformación.
Bien hecho... una buena idea y bien plasmada.
