Hi Andrea

All the landing gear are out and the focus is straight ahead to the landing spot. Very well captured and presented in this lovely shot.

Your composition is fine and you gave the bird ample space to move in to. The details show up very well since you freeze-framed this in-flight bird perfectly with the 1/4000th second shutter speed. The colours are well defined and the BG with the vertical reeds made a very interesting backdrop while it also enhances the bird very well. The exposure was managed very well.
