[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This Larch tree to the left isn't dead, but is a conifer that sheds it's needles in the fall and grows a new set of nedles in the spring. The whole larch meadow area in Manning Park right now looks like a colleciton of snags, but as the snow melts in May, new needles will appear.
I'm not sure of the name of those mtns in the background, but they do look rather cool.

Hi Tim,
Once again you serve up some eye candy with this wonderful winter landscape. Excellent technical works in all aspects, but all your work is great, thanks Tim.

This is great Tim. I love it. It is a classic winter landscape photo. Wonderful unblemished snow and great light on the distant peaks!

Hi Tim,
this is a well composed scenic shot with good subtle colours.Your note is good as I never knew that there are conifers that lose their leaves. Bob

Hi Tim,
You keep on producing these wonderful winter mountian sceneries with all the virgin snow and the great clarity. It looks like this was taken real early or late in the day, the shadows are nice and long and the light on the mountian in the distance is wonderful. Excellent composition with the single tree in the FG framing the mountains in the back.
