A Gardening and Nature admirer, getting the hang of photography very slowly, especially ever since July 2007 when a Panasonic Lumix FZ8 landed in my hands. A zoomed picture with subject in focus and background in blur is a joy for me to see. I have tried this before the FZ8 arrived, using my own "Binocular-zoom" method and came up with reasonable results, not worth sharing here! But I like experimenting.
I'm a novice in Photography. My work and words are open to healthy criticism. I'd do the same from this end within my limited knowledge at present. So at my 'level' if any of my critiques create ripples, do show them back to me. We learn in that process and that is the key!
With limited time to manage between my other most favorite pastime of cricket, gardening and work, I hope TrekNature will push me along in this wonderful path! That "Nature-temper" has always been in me and now it is finding wings!

I was directed through a search engine here from my favourite garden website while searching a plant or insect.
