| Intro: | Hello. My name is Per Regnell and I'm born 1950. I'm from Fårhult, a small village (population approx 50 persons) 17 kilometers southwest of Västervik. Västervik is a coast town situated 250 km south of Stockholm. My interesting in taking photo started when a friend of mine sold his old Practika in the late 60's. That became my first 'real' camera. Ten years later I bought a Pentax. I always used slides. In 2000 I got my first digital camera, a Kodak with 1 Mpix resolution. 2003 I bought the camera I still use: Canon Powershot G5. 2005 I bought a 1.75×tele-extender. I have scanned all my slides (and all other paperphotos, too) so I can look at them on my computer. I really like the idea with digital cameras where you can take several photos on one subject and pic out the best and then just erase the others. I always (almost) bring my camera wherever I go, I like those everyday situations. Sometimes, however, I can look up something to shoot. I hope to learn a lot by recieving critics but also by looking on all fantastic photos to see how you show your photos. Hope to hear from you Per Photo is me about 2 years old :-) | |
