Thanks Srikumar, for the critique on my photo.
I would love to be able to clone out things such as the leaf stem, but the program that I use (Picasa) only allows me to remove tiny things. It would be almost impossible for me to remove an entire leaf like this.

As far as sharpening just the outside of the leaf?.. when I sharpen in Picasa the (entire image) is (always) sharpened, it will (not allow) me to sharpen (just sections). The reason only the edges appears sharp is because they were the only part of the leaf that was within the limited focus range. The rest of the leaf was outside the DOF range of my 100-400MM lens. The flat wings of the butterfly was obviously within the focus range of my lens as well.

I know there are programs out there that will allow a wide range of enhancements, but I don't know how to use their tools. I tried photoshop once and could not figure out how to use the program even after I bought a book called "Photoshop for Dummies":) I also tried "LIghtroom" and was totally lost. This is why I stick to Picasa, it is easy enough for anybody to figure it out;)
Thanks Again,
Ron
