Dear Livio,

Peter has rightly pointed out in his critique that as of today, it is becoming increasingly difficult to segregate human presence from nature when it comes to taking pictures, especially landscapes.

I am happy to know that you are aware of this aspect of modern human condition and look at it in proper perspective.

In this picture, my intent is to show nature as it manifests itself in the form of this glacial river at high altitude as it flows through a Himalayan valley. Human beings crossing a bridge across it are only incidental here.

If some people consider this presentation as anything other than nature, it is their viewpoint and I can't do anything about it.
Best regards,
Ram
