If you don't have the demo version of Neat Image, you can do selective noise reduction by using the equivalent (in PS CS, sorry I don't know about our software) of the "magic whand tool" or "lasso". You select the areas you want to work on and then, you apply Neat Image. Photoshop has a plug-in for Neat Image. Like I said previously, I know that you can't do it with the demo version of Neat Image and I bought another version for this reason as I use it almost all the time for my pictures. United States
