Yes, when one is dealing with light (projected colors, monitors etc) ... the RGB (red, green, blue) spectrum... then the three together make white. When one is dealing with pigments and the RYB (red, yellow, blue) spectrum then the three together make a neutral gray. Mixing any complements will equal a neutral gray. United States
