Mike - this is what I do for an 8x10

In Photoshop: Make a blank canvas 8x10.
- Copy and paste your fixed up photo onto the blank canvas. You will need to scale it to fit into the 8x10 canvas. Sometimes the photo is a touch smaller than the blank canvas. That's okay, as it will appear as a white border once printed.
