My friend has found a credit card under name Ralf Lukovic in ATM Machine near Waterbom in Bali last Saturday (19-07-2008). We are not sure it is belong to you or not. If it is, i can say that your card is in the right hand after the atm. I have cut it into 2 pieces and it's on its way by post to your Bank, and I hope you have contacted your bank to block it. I am googling "Ralf Lukovic" name and it brought me here. Anyway i found the pictures you took are absolutely amazing.
