Thanks for the info re: CR update.
"The Camera Raw 5.4 plug-in is not compatible with versions of Photoshop earlier than Photoshop CS4." None of the 5.anythings are for CS3... only CS4. I'm not about to buy CS4. I don't use CS3 all that much. I just received my copy of Adobe Lightroom and will install it today. With its new update it will work with CR2 images from the Canon 500D T1i. I have been watching some on-line tutorials ad it looks real good. I can still use Photoshop for some things. I just don't want to have to convert ALL my downloaded images before viewing them. I don't mind converting a few selected ones.

I just critiqued an image and deliberately gave it a LIGHT green(1pt) smiley...and I just noticed that it recorded a bright greenie (2pt). **sigh** I don't want you to think that I equate your images with that one. I HATE this points business... but if we are going to use it then I'd like to use some discretion.... |
