I have to say it was hard getting back to it - the size limit has changed in my absence, so this is the first one of mine at the larger size... I'm not too sure about the LP at the moment, I think that I need to edit it and increase the contrast in it at touch more...

despite the filters, I have found just recently that most of my work is without... (except the polarising filter) which is strange.... I guess that it is probably because I am doing less, experimenting less and know what it is I am after and what will work... I actually took less than 100 pictures in the entire 2 weeks in Ireland! But then we mostly cycled and mountain biking and I don't even carry a rucksack when we go out, so nothing to take pictures with! I am considering getting the canon powershot G10 which has just been released... it can take basic screw in filters via an adapter and shoots in RAW... which might meet my needs on my bike!

Glad you like the picture... it was pretty much the only time we saw anything that was not a white fluffy cloud in a blue sky.... this was the worst the weather was except for driving home which was dense fog for 2 mornings until it burnt off around midday...
