Hi Francisco

Yesterday afternoon after Anna came back from hospital she first had a rest and later during the evening she took a look at the critiques she received and then she asked me to reply to your question i.c.w. the themes.

First you have to create yourself some theme. On your TrekNature "Intro" page select the "My Account" tab from the top menu. Then select the "Manage" tab in the menu row just above your name. From the new menu row that appears select the "My Themes" tab. Just below this row of menu items you will now see a tab for "Create Theme". Type in a name for your theme and a description. Do not use more than 460 characters for the description as you need to save about 40 characters for the title, depending on the length of your title. Then switch on the "Theme Type:" option for "Personal" or "Group". Personal is if you want to restrict that only you may enter photos in your theme and Group is if you want to allow for anybody else to add photos to your theme. Finally select the " Photo Viewer:" option "Enabled" or "Disabled" and then click on the "Update" tab. This theme will now be available to add photos.

Now, when you see a specific photo you might want to add to your theme you first got to open that photo. On the left side of your screen, just below the TrekNature logo you will see a little for "Photo Options". The second item in this row is "Add to Theme". Click on it and the page for themes will appear. First it will show your theme(s) and below that it will show the 1st page for "A" themes. At the top you will see a whole list of alphabet characters which you can select for different group themes created by other members. Select the radio button next to your theme name and just below it find and click on the "Add to Theme" button. The photo will now be added to your theme and you can return to the photo or wherever else. Just take note that if a photo had no previous themes linked to it, the system takes a while (15 minutes) before it will update the photo and show the theme under the "Photo Information". If the was themes linked to the photo previously then it will update straight away when you click on the Internet Refresh button.

If you have any further problems to create and use your theme you are welcome to contact me and I'll assist you, but I am sure you should manage just fine.

Best regards
South Africa
