Pantanal is THE place to be. A wild jungle with many open areas so that it is easy to spot birds and fauna. People occupied the place more and more. The amount of animals has no yet drastically diminished, as in almost everywhere else. I've seen much more in 3 days in the jungle only, including ocelot, giant otters and a tapir (some pics are unfortunately hopeless but memories remain)
