Hi Radomir,
The background is natural clay-rich soil. This fungus pop up under a mango tree in my garden. You can see a decaying mango leaf at the top right of the picture.
The soil was dug up before a few days of rain. After raining this clay-rich soil settled unevenly and came this fungus.
