Thanks Paul the white area that looks like tissue is the remains of the spider spun silk hamock the eggs were contained in. Spiders have the ability to make more than one type of silk thread. this inclued the classic sticky one used for the spiral of their web traps, a non sticky thread used to make the radial skeleton of the web or trip lines aslo there is a wide flat one which they used to wrap prey and like here to make stuctures like egg sacks and resting areas.
