I shall take it as a compliment that there are so many levels and layers to look at. If you see everything first time around, what is the point in framing any picture and having it on the wall at home? You need to be able to see something different everytime you look at it!
tomorrow are the medical test, then the longer wait for the results... and whatever comes next.
