The imaged looked very detailed but dark, so I applied the shadows and highlight tool found in PS8 (CS). it is found in Image - Alterations and is the bottom of the list. It is a series of sliders the top ones are for shadows, you move them up or down to reaveal more details I find a figure of 30 in both though for yours it was around 75. Below that is the ones for highlights and you repeat the above till you like the look, remember you can turn the preview on and off to see the difference before applying.
I also resized the image to TN maximum of 800px high and sharpened the edges with fade back in pin light to 75% strength.
used save to web at 195k (200K TN limit)
