|This is a series of photos taken during a photographic day at the British Wildlife Center in Lingfield, Surrey.|
During these days, the centre is closed to the public and you are permitted to enter the enclosures of a number of the animals. Various birds of prey are also brought out so that you can photo them without the wires visible. Various animals are fed during the day so that you can get closer. With the Otters, we sat on the ground within the enclosure and the Otters came to us, sometimes too close to actually focus the lens onto them.
The day was also reasonably overcast which made for better photos because the sun was not causing problems with wet fur etc on mammals like the Otters which had been the case when I had previously visited on another photographic day (through TN).
