[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The family Sylvidae is a large group of passerine birds. Of this group, the genus Acrocephalus J. A. Naumann et J. F. Naumann, 1811 is represented by eight species in Turkiye. These species with Turkish and English vernacular names are;
*** Acrocephalus agricola – Doğu Kamışçını (Paddyfield Warbler)
*** Acrocephalus arundinaceus – Büyük Kamışçın (Great Reed Warbler)
*** Acrocephalus dumetorum – Kuzey Kamışçını (Blyth's Reed Warbler)
*** Acrocephalus melanopogon – Bıyıklı Kamışçın (Moustached Warbler)
*** Acrocephalus paludicola – Sarı Kamışçın (Aquatic Warbler)
*** Acrocephalus palustris – Çalı Kamışçını (Marsh Warbler)
*** Acrocephalus schoenobaenus – Kındıra Kamışçını (Sedge Warbler)
*** Acrocephalus scirpaceus – Saz Kamışçını, Sazbülbülü (Reed Warbler)

Acrocephalus scirpaceus (Hermann, 1804) – Saz Kamışçını, Sazbülbülü [TR], Reed Warbler [EN] breeds and lives exclusively in reedbeds. It resembles to A. palustris and identification is very difficult without hearing voice, songs.
The song is a slow, chattering "tri tirirtier tier tiir tsek tsek"), repeating 2-3 times, then "krek… kerrr"). The sexes are identical and adults are unstreaked brown on dorsum and buff on ventral parts; subadults have richer buff underparts.
Its back is a bit more reddish than A. palustris. The bill is pointed and strong, and the forehead is flattened.
The photograph was taken in irrigation channel, with reeds along its edge, just after our small damlake Akkaya. Water is very dirty and polluted by waste-water. Unfortunately, some farmers use this water in their farms. I explain and tell to them whenever and wherever, this is wrong way and farmers must prefer alternative agriculture.

Merhaba Ahmet,
These warblers are not easy to photograph but you did a good job capturing this Reed Warbler perched on a bullrush with superb sharpness and lighting. IT is also well composed and taken from a fine POV.
Thanks for sharing this fine image, my friend,

Very well done,
Cheers,

Hi Ahmet, excellent detail seen on this Reed Warbler in the bull rushes. Excellent exposure has given you excellent colour and that great sharp detail. The composition with him gripping that angled bull rush is great allowing you to fill the frame with the pose, yet still leave some room for him to look. The background is muted a little through your depth of field, yet we still have good visibility into his natural environment. Oh, and very good notes.

Thanks, John

Ahmet Hocam. Nefis bir kare. Elinize sağlık.
