|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Indian Roller is a very beautiful bird with blue color over its wings. The snap couldn't carry the colors well because of low exposure reading and because of a wrong selection of ISO. The eyes are also not visible in the image because of it. I must have used ISO400 here, with an FStop of 3, on a 1/500 Shutter speed.|
Focal length: 72mm(highest of S3IS)
Shutter speed of 1/500 and F-Stop of f/3.5
Edited using GIMP 2.6.8 for adding the black border.
No Fill/Flash used.

I find your picture very nice, alone we missing the eyes.
Beautiful warm saturated colours, the light is fantastic.
Good composition, nice presentation too.
Very well done, TFS.
This is an excellent capture of Roller with perefct details & POV. The luminosity & composition are grand against brilliant clear sky. TFS
Thanks for the two visits you made to my portfolio recently. Your kind feedback is much appreciated. In my personal opinion Rollers are some of the most beautiful and colourful birds I have come across, and the Indian Roller you posted is no exception. The different shades of blue in the feathers in combination with the blue sky as background makes this a real cool photo. Cool for freshness, and cool because it is great. I like the way the toffee coloured feathers on the tummy blend in so beautifully with the blue ones. It almost seems as if the bird has a frown on its forehead and the expression captured is priceless. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
