I want to wish you an early Christmas as I do not get on as often as I would like. Everyone have a joyous season no matter the faith..

5 Days of hoar frost left this giant willow covered from limb to limb with ice. While a hoar frost is not uncommon, they usually only last for 1 or 2 days. This is an exception. As per the willow, it is about 50 years old and growing in an riparian stream area which gives it fullness and strength. The willow is a common tree in the area of the northern Palouse.

Because I no longer allow myself to drive due to my Guillain Barre, I took this across the long main street of near town where I live using my Pentax DSLR mounted on the electric wheelchair.

Hello Bob,
A real beauty of a wintry scene, although I have to admit I haven't missed it at all this year. We still have pretty nice weather here in Northeast Ohio, and I hope it stays that way for quite some time.
Merry Christmas from Rosie and I also.
Ron

Hello My Friend,
This is a wonderful shot, showing the beauty natures frosting can bring to bare trees. Great work Bob.
